You can purchase books from all of our authors on their individual websites, directly through our online shop, or find select titles on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other major retailers. All of the book published with Bridge Stree are distributed, and sold worldwide.

Yes! We welcome new voices. Please review our [Submission Guidelines] before sending your manuscript — following them carefully gives you the best chance of consideration.

We appreciate your interest in publishing with us. Bridge Street does not accept unsolicited manuscripts. Please have your literary agent submit a query letter, along with your book proposal and any completed sample chapters.

3. Assign your FAQ to a category

4. Save and publish.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one

3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon

4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Our catalog includes active, upcoming, and legacy titles. Some are currently in print, others are “out of stock” or “archived” as part of our publishing history.

Orders returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect mailing addresses, or failure to claim packages, will require an additional shipping fee to be re-sent to the customer. Returned items will not be refunded. Any packages received at our offices will be destroyed and not re-shipped.

Autographed books are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. No modifications or changes are possible after checkout.

Exchanges are not available due to limited quantities and sustainability practices. All items are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Refunds are not available unless there is a verifiable printing defect affecting 50% or more of the book’s interior pages.

Books damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

If the interior pages or cover of your book is damaged after opening up your mailer, please email us at info@bridgestreetpublishing.com with your order number and a description of the damaged items. If your items are damage due to mail carrier, please contact them to file a claim. Bridge Street is not responsible for books purchased through our distrubitors. You must contact the authorized vendor for issues. Bridge Street does not accept returns from unauthorized vendors. All orders must have a Bridge Street receipt attached.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped. Items are estimated to be delivered between 2-10 business days.
