Your items are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

If you provided the wrong shipping address, due to security reasons, we will not be able to change this.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday - Friday. (Excludes weekends and all US federal holidays.)

Please allow 2-5 days for processing, if you have requested an autographed copy from our website or one of our house authors, please allow an additonal 2 days for processing.

Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, and the shipping cost will be added at checkout.

You will receive a USPS tracking number to the email you provided.

Priority Mail estimated delivery times is 2-3 business days.
