RETURN POLICY

January 1, 2025

We do not accept returned items under any circumstances. Orders returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect mailing addresses, or failure to claim packages, will require an additional shipping fee to be re-sent to the customer.

Returned items will not be refunded. Any packages received at our offices will be destroyed and not re-shipped.

Autographed books are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, names, and personalization requests before submitting an order.

If errors are submitted, we are not liable. To obtain a corrected copy, a new purchase must be made.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. No modifications or changes are possible after checkout.

Exchanges are not available due to limited quantities and sustainability practices. All items are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Books damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
